5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse any order for any reason
• Limit quantities of products
• Correct pricing errors

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayNow. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily within Singapore. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

• Opened essential oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sealed products may be returned within 14 days
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded
• Event bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability

8. Wellness Assessment

Our AI-powered wellness assessment provides personalized recommendations based on your responses. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

9. Membership & Referral Program

Membership benefits and referral rewards are subject to:

• Compliance with program terms
• Verification of referrals
• Modification or termination of programs at our discretion
• Restrictions on fraudulent or abusive behavior
