1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ATW Aroma The World platform (atw.sg), purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Products and Orders
All products listed on ATW are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed upon payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or products are out of stock.
3. Wellness Disclaimer
ATW aromatherapy products and services are designed to support overall wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our AI wellness recommendations are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical conditions. Do not replace prescribed medical treatment with aromatherapy without consulting your doctor.
4. AI Wellness Advisor
The ATW AI Wellness Advisor provides general aromatherapy guidance based on your assessment inputs. Responses are generated by AI and may not be perfect. The Advisor does not replace professional medical or psychological advice. Use of the Advisor is at your own discretion.
5. Membership
Membership access, physical allocations, billing intervals, cancellation, fulfilment and hardware discounts follow the terms shown at checkout and the current Membership description. Unreleased rewards or future platform capabilities are not part of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
ATW platform software, Botanical Intelligence structures, approved formulations, brand designs, original content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ATW Aroma The World. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
ATW's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
